YAZ ALEXANDER

Regge Princess, Yaz Alexander, turns up on a fairly regular basis to sing the odd song with Andy Hamilton and the Blue Notes and other acts that play at Corks Club. Yasmin is one of the best known Reggae singers in the West Midlands region and works regularly with Pato Banton. Her talents cross over into other genres such as soul, r&b, trip-hop and reggae's 1990's offshoot, drum 'n' bass, but she also claims a natural affinity to Jazz.
