JAZZ CORPORATION
featuring Clive Allsopp
with Trevor Lines, John Smith & Timbo Jones
Thursday 10th March
On Thursday 10th March trombonist, Clive Allsopp brings his Jazz Corporation to the Silvershine Club. "Clive The Slide" Allsopp sent us a bio, but there's so much in it I don't know where to begin. From playing in various Jazz and Big Bands to writing arrangements for commercials and ballet. Inspired by Hendrix and Cream, he's worked with Lynn Paul (New Seekers), so probably the best thing to do is to click on this link and go to his Website
The rest of the band are jazz guitar guru, John Smith and bassist Trevor Lines, both of whom we know and love, plus Timbo Jones on drums. Timbo's credits include the Red Sun Band on QE2, touring far East with Chico Arnez, lots of midland mainstream jazz groups and even Arthur Brown!
Should be a great gig!
